due to unnecessary and exaggerated fears of clandestine interference by government agents into the personal affairs of its citizenry (erroneously referred to as entrapment) increasing numbers of individuals are deliberately and knowingly avoiding personal relationships inasmuch as these attitudes and actions cause undesirable stress in the psychic and emotional balance of the individuals involved and moreover interfere with the effectiveness of government efforts it is therefore urged that for your own good and for the good of our democratic society you are to resume your normal social activities as heretofore you are to have best friends as usual |
